Final "Brick" covers

This is the most simple cover of "brick" that i have created, I made the font colour the same as my jumper so that the colours correlate and compliment each other. This isn't the best cover I have edited because it is not very intriguing to the eye. Yet I have done what i needed to improve by making the portrait and the muse the main focus of the cover.

This is my favourite cover because the hot pink and royal blue really compliment each other. I have included as much colour as I think was needed, I lowered the contrast of the photo and made it a magenta hue.  I think this is a true representation of how i imagined my cover turning out.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             peer assessment:

Overall my feedback was very positive, often people enjoyed the colour scheme of issue number 2 because I matched the portrait to the font very well.

One area that people said that i should improve were the positioning of the information and the quality of the picture in the background.

  • "I really liked the background as I think pink and blue compliment each other very nicely'
  • " Good choice of font"
  • "Move the barcode away from the edge"
  • "experiment with different backgrounds"
I think that I could improve the background and the positioning of the information.
