Actors are the once that are representing many others work and efforts.  It is rare for the public to see the Scriptwriter, the Producer, or the Director. Comparisons of the four job roles:The positives of working behind the scenes in the film industry is that you get to really indulge yourself in creativity and work for as long as you would like before, during and after the film is being shot. The negatives is that everyone is relaying on you do do the best job you can in a very short amount of time before the film is wrapped up. The responsibility of the films success and failure is balancing on your shoulders. The positives of working in front of the camera is that the performer does not have to work full time on the film only in the specific scenes that they are in. The negatives however are quite vast, as you may have to adapt quickly to script adjustments. The overall look and atmosphere is based on the skills that the actor/performer has. The performers are the people you are relying on to pull in money at the box office.
